Holly Novak, BBA, PHR


Knowledge Specialist 

Mrs. Novak has been with the Cal Farley Organization since 2003.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management at Texas Tech University in 2000.  Holly earned her Professional Human Resource Certification in 2003.  She worked as the Manager for Human Resource Information Systems for 2 years before joining the Residential Services Division in 2005. 

Holly has been married to husband Todd for four years and has two daughters.
