Jim Taylor , M.S.

Director of Training

Mr. Taylor has been with the Cal Farley Organization since November of 1997. He has a Master of Science degree in Childcare Administration and has been in the childcare field since 1981 as a direct care worker, caseworker, and held administrative positions since 1985. He is currently the Director of Training for the Cal Farley Training Department and is a certified Master Trainer for Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression (SAMA), Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI) and Response-Ability-Pathways (RAP).

Jim and his wife, Maggie have been married for over 27 years and have two beautiful daughters, Claire and Paige.

Cal Farley's Distance Education offers courses in Childcare and Professional Development designed and developed by experts in child development, psychology and management. In addition, we offer specialized courses taught by our own team of nationally recognized instructors.
